Description
Hochäcker is the biggest grape owned by the winery. Thanks to their unique position, it is possible to vinify the finest traditional-processed Blaufränkisch´. The ageing is done in new big oak barrels(allier-wood) and barique(3rd filling). That way a sturdy Blaufränkisch accrues with a touch of wood. The maturity time is reached after 3 years of correct ageing
